Make sure the USB reader is not connected to the computer.
Make sure you are logged in as an administrator of the computer in which you are installing the drivers.

Click the link below to download the CISA Reader App installer.

Install and start the CISA Reader App.
Be aware that installation overwrites any existing file in the installation folder.
If the app was already installed, it is recommended to take a back up copy of relevant files (config.properties, logs, ) that can be found clicking on the application icon and selecting Show Content -> app.

Exit the app (it will start in PROD environment, getting probably an hash error).
Edit config.properties in installation folder (again, can be accessed clicking the application icon and selecting Shwo content | app):
